1. We want to know more about your services before we decide to engage a wedding consultant, will there be any charge for the initial consultation?
   
   In Heaven’s Gift, we provide you and your fiancé a free non-obligatory consultation for your first visit with us. We will help you to discover more of your dream wedding, give you an understanding of the concept of designing theme weddings and an overview of our services. At the end of your visit, you will be more equipped to go about managing your wedding plan.
   
   
2. We will be handling some of the wedding planning ourselves, but we would like to engage Heaven’s Gift for selective services, instead of the full suite wedding planning, is that possible?
   
   In Heaven’s Gift, we pride ourselves in personalising your wedding. As long as we are given the scope to create your wedding design, and make your wedding one that is uniquely yours, we will be delighted to be engaged for selected scope. However, if you only require us to run the actual day event by merely managing the suppliers, and the design scopes are not managed by us, we may not be the right wedding planners for you.
   
   
3. We have a limited wedding budget but we want to engage a wedding consultant, can Heaven’s Gift work within our constraints and not push us to a direction which we can’t afford?
   
   In Heaven’s Gift, our first goal is to help you identify your required services and structure your wedding budget. Our consultants will then go about the deployment within the budget that is agreed upon. If we cannot work within your price range, we will not take the job for we will never forsake the budget.
   
   
4. We are crazy about having a good wedding theme, and we want our wedding consultant to be very creative and capable to customize to our wedding dreams, does Heaven’s Gift have the resources to create our dream wedding?
   
   Our consultants are all trained specialists in respective field they are in. As member of established Association of Bridal Consultants, we have extensive suite of wedding ideas and resources we can provide for you. Our motto is : Your Story, Our Inspirations; You share your dream, we will make it happen.
   
   
5. My fiancé is a foreigner, and we have different cultures and practices to observe for our weddings, is Heaven’s Gift equipped to manage mixed cultures marriages, or advise us the various practices to follow?
   
   Our consultants are trained in varied wedding cultures, both local and selective wedding practices such as Chinese Weddings, Indian Weddings, Protestant Weddings, Military Weddings, even Jewish Weddings. If we come across specific wedding practices that we are not familiar with, we will be most glad to sit down and find out more from your fiancé, and research to ensure all related practices are observed.
   
   
6. Does Heaven’s Gift have its own florists, photographers, makeup artists and designers, or are they simply outsourcing the wedding scope of work to the service providers?
   
   In Heaven’s Gift, we do have our own team of preferred florists, sound and lighting crews, photographers, makeup artists and designers. Basically, our wedding planners and specialists design the wedding theme concept and work with our selected team to deliver the final product accordingly to what we have envisioned (based on the budget allocated for your wedding). Our involvement comprises the floral and stage design, sound and lighting enhancements, favors or stationery designs, they are directly managed or delivered by our consultants while others, we monitor closely and manage our vendors.
   
   
7. We have identified our own bridal shops and banquet venue, can Heaven’s Gift work together with our selected vendors?
   
   Certainly, we are most glad to work with your appointed vendors. Our role as wedding consultant is to coordinate all relevant parties and activities to run smoothly as you desire for your wedding day. We will work accordingly to the scope of work requested in our service agreement.
   
   
8. Does Heaven’s Gift handle invitations scope from designing, wording, to ordering, addressing and mailing? Does Heaven’s Gift also handle our guests’ list consolidation?
   
   Yes, in Heaven’s Gift, we have our team of designers who can create your wedding invitations and turn them into good ambassadors of taste for you to your guests. We will also facilitate the addressing and mailing on your behalf. At the same time, you can consider purchasing our wide range of wedding stationery from our online shop.
   
   
9. We like some of your pictures shown in your website, are we allowed to download and use your pictures?
   
   The pictures on our website are copyrights of Heaven’s Gift and our partners. If you want to use any of our pictures, please write to us formally to purchase the pictures. Unauthorized usage of our pictures will be penalised.
   
   
10. Can Heaven’s Gift recommend honeymoon places and book the tour packages for us?
    
    Certainly, in Heaven’s Gift, we have a network of travel partners who can recommend good honeymoon options for you. We will be most glad to refer you to our partners.
