Nicola is such a lady... Eloquent, intelligent and very elegant lady... Nicola's mum was the first contact I had when they engaged me. I only get to meet the couple after 1.5 months later... this is their second wedding celebrations or should I say the third, since they had a separate Chinese tea ceremony in Malaysia, other than the first celebrations in UK. They had their Victorian wedding in UK, so when they got to have this special one in Singapore, they want it Oriental with a touch of fusion elegance. And we eventually created the Fusion Simplicity for them.

Our Satisfaction
I would say this is the first wedding that I was truly attached and connected with the couple's parents, other than the couple alone. Nicola's grandfather passed away couple of months prior to the wedding, and the wedding was initially called off due to the distress shown (as the family esp Nicola's mum was very close to her parent, and having a celebration would be inappropriate). And I remembered that day, when Nicola's mum came and met me personally to share abt the news, and how to go about managing the event.. all I could do then was simply to give her a hug, and prayed quietlyfor her and the family in my heart.
Eventually, I managed to convince her for some alternatives and proposed for them to go ahead with the celebrations. All I could stll remember in the last wedding, was mere laughter, happiness that washed away the sadness that was initially present.. and I could still hear Nicola's mum telling me after the wedding event "You are right, I am glad we went ahead with the celebrations.. and I am sure my father agreed to that decision too..." my heart rejoices with them...
