Sue Ann is definitely a radical bride. If she could forego all the traditions, she would have. I remembered she said "This is our wedding, we just want to have fun, so make it as non-traditional as possible and I want a classic wedding." Fulfilling her wishes, we proposed a 7-course Plated Chinese Fusion Dinner at a Golf Club, decorated with flowers of her choice.

Our Satisfaction
This was the day I definitely remembered. It was the day my Swift got hit badly by a Container Truck while we were on our way to the Sentosa Island for the wedding. I was tempted to run straight off to the mechanics and get it fixed... but I knew I need to fulfill my role as a planner, despite my team was ready to take over. I remembered after the first march in, the uncle of the bride came over to talk to me "Are you the wedding planner, I heard you just met an accident and your car was badly damaged, are you alright?" Wow news travelled fast.. I only told the groom since I can't fetch them to the hotel.. and the world seems to know... Yet I was touched that people care despite the fact accidents are not good things to mention in a wedding.. That touches me.. and that is what makes our job even more worthwhile.. After all, weddings are reflections of the host.

Robin & Sue Ann was a great couple.. They learn to laugh and their sense of humour in life enables me more to work better as a planner. And they simply trusted me for everything..and enjoy the wedding. In times of such unhappy accidents, I learn to be still. Often when I am still, God blesses me with the unexpected.. and for this wedding, it was the love and warmth received from my couple and their guests.
