I can never forget the excitement Nisha had when she came to see me alone. She was overwhelmed and yet enthusiastic with the coming wedding preparations. I told her I have not really planned a full suite traditional Indian wedding, and most of my weddings are pretty modern with a twist. She was so sweet, she kept assuring me that she trust and love our works, and she wanted us to assist her in the wedding, one that is as traditional and yet with an modern elegant twist. Now looking back, I am so glad we did. It was my first India wedding and it was one that changes my perception about Indian weddings.

Our Satisfaction

Indian weddings are very family oriented, much more than what I can imagine compared to Chinese or Western weddings. Every aspect of the wedding from the guest accommodations, the food & beverages selection, the logistics etc, one has to ensure all aspects of the guests’ well being are taken care of. I was truly amazed, Indian families really take time to take care of their guests, to ensure everyone has a good and memorable time. Above of that, I have one of the most gracious and generous Indian family I have ever met. The family met us for few times, left us to design the invitation cards, flew to France to meet up the in laws, and our project began. We only had about 6-8 weeks to plan all details, from designing the invitations and respective stationery, to menu selections (imagine we have strict Indian vegetarian diet, as well as intricate European diet), wedding and floral details etc. All in all, we have 3 day events to consolidate from Mehndi & Sangeet to Wedding Ceremony to final Reception. At the end of the day, everyone loves the customized invitation cards, everyone loves the flowers, everyone loves the food, but what was most important, every has a great time.. that is what I look forward to see in every wedding.
